    • 2-Person Weight: The kit includes 1x 70lb and 100lb fill bags, 1x separator bags, and a 7LB shell weight. Total weight is 167lb.
    • Secure Filler Bags: All filler bags feature a double locking system—zipper and hook-and-loop flap—to prevent spillage during intense workouts.
